2.The Alpine Fellowship Visual Arts Prize 2022

"The winner will receive a £3,000 cash prize and a further £1,000 towards the artist's travel, and the shipping and installation of their work at the Symposium.

5. 2022 Grater Atlantic Region's Marine Endangered Species Art Contest
Details:
Students artwork will showcase their knowledge and commitment to protecting these animals. We invite Massachusetts schools as well as schools from anywhere in the world to submit entries!
Artwork should highlight one or more marine endangered or threatened species from the New England/Mid-Atlantic region...Younger students, I'm grades K-2, who may not understand the threats to endangered species (i.e. pollution, fishing etc) are encouraged to portray the animal in its natural habitat instead.
Other than schools, home school, and individual entries are also accepted.
They state the submitted artwork "my be in the form of a painting, drawing, or sculpture (clay, recycled trash, etc). Painting/drawing may be multi-color, black and white, or a single colour; it may be rendered in ink, paint, pastel, crayon, or pencil.
Images must be of a native marine endangered or threatened species in the New England/Mid-Atlantic region of the United States."

Theme: Exploring the Biological Diversity of Stallwage Bank National Marine Sanctuary
Your artwork submission should "depict species that are found in Stellwagen Bank National Marine Sanctuary, which is located in the Gulf of Maine, just off the Massachusetts coast."

2. Glenview School of Arts
Eligibility: Grade K-12
Details:
Create a piece of art that related to a book you've read. It could be anything - a reimagining if an ending you didn't quite like, a recreation of a favourite scenes a portrait of a characters a fantastical landscape - as long as it's inspired by something you've read. All genres are welcome.
They are accepting all 2D mediums (colored pencils, graphite, charcoal, oil, acrylic, digital, etc). They're not accepting sculpture or 3D work.

Winners will receive VISA Gift Cards and their works will be displayed in the Glenview Public Library.

3. Lethbridge 20000 Small Scale Art Award
Details:
With a first prize of $20,000, the Lethbridge Art Award is open to national and international artists for small-scale artworks. Entrants may submit 2D or 3D artworks up to 61cm (24 inches) in height, width or depth.
They accept all forms of 2D and 3D artworks including, but not limited to, all paint mediums, drawings, sculpture, works on paper and photography.

They state, "It is required that the entries are done as 3D creations presented in one of the customary Wats such as a drawings, photography, photomontage, a digital simulation or similar, accompanied by a suitable text description. The solutions must be clearly presented both as a whole and in detail (shape, structured dimensions, materials, finish and coat). The compulsory part of the submitted material is a visual presentation of the designed project in open space..."

"If the original language is not any of the above, a translation in one of those four languages should be added."
Length: Exactly 24 pages
Prize:
The winner receives 8,000 euro and the winning work will be published by Clavis Publishing.
"From all entries, a selection will be made for a children's books exhibition in Hasselt. At the exhibition children will award their favourite illustration with the Children's Award.
Apart from the winner, other entries may also be considered for publication by Clavis."
